What we managed, and didn't

• MS and CB could speak and hear each other without problems.
• PT could hear CB clearly but MS only intermittently.
• PT did not get mic working.
• MS has video - webcam is part of computer, switches in automatically.
• CB could see MS video; PT?
• CB using external webcam, did not function.
• All managed to text chat, eventually!
• MS and CB could write on whiteboard, PT not (?).
• MS uploaded .ppt, but .doc would not work.
• CB uploaded .doc and .ppt.
• Uploaded documents could be seen, controlled and annotated by MS and CB (PT?).

Issues

• Wiziq support says bandwidth restrictions prevent giving voice permissions to more than 2 participants at same time.
• Couldn't see way to load web browser into whiteboard area, eg to demonstrate websites.
